Stunning beach house with hot tub and fabulous sea views, well positioned to enjoy the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer, scenery, wildlife, history and attractions galore.

Set looking across the bay in the super seaside village of Saundersfoot, this fantastic detached residence is the perfect holiday destination. A short walk takes you down to the sandy Glen beach, which adjoins the harbour in the centre of the village. There is a whole host of shops, pubs and restaurants and an even longer stretch of sandy beach that heads towards Wisemans Bridge and Amroth. Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Many attractions within a short drive include Blue Lagoon water-park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Nearby Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke also worth a visit, offering stunning historic castles.

Entering the property into the entrance hall, with high ceiling, creating an extremely light and airy space, you are immediately struck by the quality of the contemporary refurbishment completed in 2018. On the ground floor you will find the five bedrooms. A king-size with TV, doors to the rear garden and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, followed by another king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin zip-and-link (that can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, both facing towards the front of the property. The further two bedrooms are a king-size and a single, both with TVs and lovely views. Completing this floor there is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head upstairs to the first floor where you are greeted by simply wonderful views of the bay, at high tide you will be just metres from the sea. The lounge/kitchen/diner has been thoughtfully designed to provide clear zones but a seamless transition from one to another. The kitchen area is well-equipped with two electric ovens and hob, wine cooler, two dishwashers, American fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining area also has stunning views and is the perfect backdrop to your morning coffee or evening meal. The lounge area has a TV with Netflix provided, all framed by stylish and comfortable sofas. Sliding doors open onto a large balcony with outdoor lounge seating. There is also a games room for the younger guests, with seating, an Xbox and a separate WC.

Heading outside to the enclosed garden you'll find your own private hot tub on the patio, garden furniture and BBQ, all benefitting from the lovely sea views. The perfect place to relax after a long day and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is a utility room accessed from here with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is parking for 3 cars.

Lexden is a beautiful house and was perfect for our family of 8 - 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Everything was excellent and clearly no expense spared in setting it up. The property was also wonderfully positioned to make best use of the resources in a charming seaside resort. We shall certainly return to Saundersfoot at some point in the future.

A beautiful house with lovely sea views. Everything was to the highest specifications and it was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was well used and also very clean and well maintained.The only downside was the location at the top of a very steep hill which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues but we coped well and two of our grRead moreoup were over 70. I can't speak highly enough about Lexden. Large enough for eight people to enjoy without being on top of each other, stunning views, all the equipment is high quality and you are within a short walk of the amenities of the village. Lovely property set a few steps after from Saundersfoot harbour. It is luxuriously furnished having top of the range appliances and cooking utensils. The owners made sure that we lacked nothing and were very informative before and during our stay. The hot tub is an added bonus!

We had a wonderful family holiday in Lexden. It is a magnificent house, light, airy, spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely sea views from upstairs sitting area. Excellent facilities and location. Spacious en-suite showers, comfortable beds, plenty of storage. We had 3 small grandchildren with us so we especially appreciated the playroom with its own television so that we didnt have to endure too much of their CBeebies! Easy walk to the local beach.
