Set in a courtyard of private properties this is the perfect spot to explore fun-filled coastal towns such as Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough or enjoy fabulous walking routes along the coastline. The area is surrounded by historic homes and castles including Burton Agnes, Sewerby Hall and Gardens and the stunning Castle Howard just a short drive away. Alternatively, enjoy a ride on the North York Moors and relax and enjoy the scenery as it meanders through the glorious Esk Valley.

A warm welcome awaits as you enter the property with two steps up to the front door and into the hallway with the lounge to your left and the stylish kitchen/diner to your right. Relax in the lounge after the days adventures with a cosy wood burner, snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite series on the Smart TV & DVD/Blue ray player. The bright, spacious kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a dining table seating 6.  From the kitchen head out into the super-king-size ground floor bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) this beautiful bedroom has been lovingly decorated in a bright modern style and also features access to the patio. Off the hallway you'll find a useful ground floor fully tiled shower room with shower and WC. Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms one king-size room with a TV and the remaining two bedrooms are both lovely single bedrooms . On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with a bath with shower attachment and WC.

Heading outside you will find a patio area with table and chairs and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. There is an off road parking space for one car available and further on street parking nearby.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Very well equipped, well laid out and extremely comfortable. The beds were the best wed slept in for a very long time! Lovely log fire in the lounge which we used a couple of times( house is nice and warm. Cottage is well located close to many attractions.

We found Peach Tree Cottage to be exactly what we expected. It was comfortable and had been cleaned to a very high standard. The bottles of wine and the cake we found on our arrival were much appreciated.

Despite the Virus restrictions and contactless arrival, The owner had done everything possible to make the holiday as enjoyable as possible. The welcome pack was appreciated and enjoyed by us all. The property has been newly refurbished and is in excellent condition. It is very well equipped with good quality items. The issues which we had were due to my misinterpretation before booking. 1. There is only one parking space which is quite tight. Parking for a second vehicle is on the road some distance from the property. 2. The property is notRead more situated in Sewerby Village. This cottage really is home from home. The super king bed was so comfy and the bedding crisp and clean. Having a smart tv was great. The property was as clean as a hospital and felt very comfortable there. We looked at hundreds before choosing this one and we now know we made a wise choice. As Arnie says Ill be back

Cottage was exceptionally clean and had loads of extras in the kitchen which was great. Welcome pack was a nice touch. We had a 3 night stay in January. We could not fault the property. It is very clean, spacious and modern. Great attention has been placed on detail to make visitors feel comfortable and welcome, e.g. on arrival, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. Good communication. Our stay at Peach Tree Cottage was brilliant. We were a large group - 5 adults and one 10 month old baby, and the facilities were great. Lovely place, very clean and everything you could want or need was on hand. Charming location, olde world and cute. Nice pubs nearby. Sea and beach within two miles. Very nice welcoming tray with a bottle of red and a bottle of white, biscuits, tea coffee, juice and more.
