An attractive contemporary property with many benefits. We stayed with our daughter and her family so loved the fact that they were on a separate floor with their own well equipped bathroom. Our master suite at the top was excellent, with great views of the estuary and a superb shower room - like a hotel. The spotless house has quality fittings thrRead moreoughout ( Neff kitchen appliances etc ) and proved spacious and comfortable. The holiday property was excellent. Spacious, stylish, and well-equipped. The large fenced-in garden was appreciated by our collie dog. The property is conveniently located for trips to the spectacular sandy beaches nearby, and also is a short walk to the stylish and individual 'arty' shops in Irsha Street, Appledore. We would certainly stay there Read moreagain. Hide

The house was ideally placed being near both the town and the life boat station. We could walk straight from the door. The cottage was comfortable and well maintained. It was easy to visit other places i.e. Instow and Hartland Abbey. We enjoyed a visit to the Maritime Museum.
