What a fantastic little lodge. Compact, cosy and VERY clean, it suited the 3 of us (2 adults & 1 teenager) perfectly. A very well equipped kitchen with all the utensils we needed and more, towels in both kitchen and for bathroom, and soap provided. The under-worktop fridge was big enough for our 3nts, and the nearby Sainsburys is passed en route toRead more lodge. The hot tub was as good as hoped for, and does have AMAZING views!!! Hide

Excellent holiday accomodation. And extremely well located for touring this beautiful area around Kelso. Would have perhaps been a wee bit cramped for 4 full sized adults but fine for a family or couple on their own. Beautiful view from the place and coming home after a day out to the relaxing hot tub was great.

Lovely property quiet location. We were a party of 2 was surprised to find the double bed only had 2 pillows I asked and was told as it was only 1 sleeping in the bed obviously to save on washing, comfort should always be priority. Check out 10am states you can ask for late check out I asked for 11am this was refused. Hide

The lodge was lovely, well equipt and very clean. The views from the property were beautiful and some very nice walks within a short distance. The owners were very nice and happy to help, the hot tub was checked everyday. Signs for the property could be better as we struggled to locate it on arrival.
