Perfect location for our trip. The cottage was cosy and clean. The cottage and decor had character instead of being a stark / white characterless place to stay. It was warm, bright and airy and there was so much space. Private parking was so useful for us as we have two small dogs. One in particular loved the window seat! We loved it - we had everyRead morething we needed and the co-op was a stones throw away. This was useful because of restrictions being in place. Ideal location for Bamburgh. Hide

The townhouse is convenient for all local attractions and and comfortable and cosy to come back to at the end of a hard day's sightseeing. Despite wind, rain and lockdown, we had a great time

We imagined a living room, kitchen on the first floor and bathroom and bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Whereas the bathroom Is a flight of stairs down, from the bedrooms, which in the middle of the night when it's really cold isn't ideal. The house generally we felt was cold until we mastered the thermostat, but it's an old house I suppose. Lovely town house, very spacious with huge sunny sitting room overlooking the town square. Separate dining kitchen and 3 lovely bedrooms. Nice to have a small enclosed garden which was great for the dog. Really friendly pub The Black Swan around the corner which serves great food and is very dog friendly.
