Excellent property found a few metres from the Seahouses harbour front features a balcony where you can soak up the incredible views across the water after a day spent exploring Northumberland.

 

Island's View is a stylish and modern three-storey property that occupies one of the best positions in Seahouses, where guests can enjoy a range of local amenities, including shops, pubs and restaurants. From the property, guests can see out to the Farne Islands, whose wildlife can be seen up close with a local boat trip, and Bamburgh Castle, with its incredible history. The Holy Island of Lindisfarne is only a short drive away, while the area is also perfect for walkers and cyclists, with coastal and rural routes to suit all abilities.

 

The property is decorated in a contemporary style with luxury fixtures, fittings and furniture, with plenty of amenities to make for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there is a utility room with a washer/dryer and a sink. Moving up to the first floor, you'll find the living quarters: the double master bedroom has an en-suite with electric shower, and WC, while there are two further bedrooms one double, and one single. There is also a contemporary luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The second floor contains a spacious open plan lounge/diner with two leather sofas, a TV (with Now TV) and DVD plus a dining table with seating for six, as well as access to a balcony with amazing views. The modern kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer and has a bright, airy feel.

 

Outside, a private balcony is accessible via the lounge/diner. It has a table and two chairs overlooking the water, while there is also a shared courtyard to the front of the building. A private carport offers parking for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

This cottage offers private guest membership to use the facilities of The Ocean Club in Seahouses. This includes the 20-metre indoor swimming pool with a separate children's pool and spa/sauna area and a wide variety of equipment in the Fitness Suite. You can even book an hour with a personal trainer.

For those of you looking to relax a little more, you can treat yourself to a pamper day with a facial, a massage, a manicure or indulge in one of the specialist therapies on offer.There is also a coffee shop with a bar licence and free Wi-Fi to meet up with friends and family after your visit to the club.

Please note, the membership pass allows entry to this private Club. There is a charge to pay per visit of £7 per adult and £4 per child (Children under 2 go free).

Northumberland delivered 10 fold , the cottage is in a great place for everything. Its just a shame that its not as clean as it should be !!!

The location is superb, a short walk to the beach, town and local amenities. The view from the balcony takes your breath away - I loved sitting there looking out to the farne islands. The house is well equipped and comfortable, great to have parking as well.

The location was ideal. Just minutes from Main Street, shops and pubs etc. Lovely view of Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle from the verandah. Very comfy beds and pillows. Excellent equipment in the kitchen. Great to have a washer and drier. Our weather could have been kinder but it was handy to have membership of the Ocean Club pool for the wet daRead moreys. Hide

from the kitchen window you can see bamburgh castle and the farne islands. location near the harbour was great. outside balcony only for 2 people but was for us not important.
