A very spacious, modern house in the heart of beautiful Alnmouth. Weve stayed at a few now, but this is definitely one of the best.

Alnmouth is a beautiful town and we stayed in a cottage next door last year and loved our holiday (Charles Dickins) Unfortunately we found the standards considerably lower this year and we would recommend this property now. Sadly we will not be returning to these houses again, despite the location being ideal.

Comfortable and clean. Disappointing to find the view was a brick wall! From what we had seen and read on the website we were not expecting this. The sitting room was dark. Nowhere to sit outside unless you sat in the alleyway or in front of other tenants windows at the front of the property. We were disturbed by the shouting and clattering from thRead moree Indian restaurant in the hotel that backed onto the property. Alnmouth lovely, building well situated, but apartment location disappointing. Hide

Great location, no views but being 5 minutes from the beach not that critical, unsure if we could use the tables and chairs on the entrance overlooking the harbour.

Excellent holiday property, close to all amenities, shops and pubs. Great starting point for local walks to Warkworth and Boulmer. Private parking a big advantage.

Fantastic winter break in Northumberland staying at Malcolm Miller House. The property is recently renovated two storey house with two large bedrooms and good modern decor & facilities. It is a terraces property which opens directly onto a path down the side of the block. Access from the steep car park is via this path and there are a few steps to Read morenegotiate. Many great walks are easily accessible directly from this property without using the car. We visited Berwick-upon-Tweed, Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Craster, Warkworth, Alnwick and Amble. All these places were easy to drive to and are highly recommended for days out. Fabulous Sunday roast at The Sun Inn, Alnmouth. Puffin Stores at Alnmouth very useful - stocks almost everything! Would highly recommend Lord Crewe Arms at Bamburgh for great food in a dog friendly pub. Also Bertrams, Warkworth and Barter Books, Alnwick. Hide

Malcolm Miller House in Alnmouth was an absolute gem. It had everything (and more) that we needed and was spotlessly clean with extras including scones, milk, tea, coffee and cleaning things..... the beaches at Alnmouth are amazing, Scotts deli was great for coffee and lunch and fish and chips from the hope and anchor was good too. We can recommendRead more sea fishing and the boat trips to the Farne Islands (both from Seahouses) we even took the dog on the boat trip, she loved it. It's our 4th visit to Northumberland and we WILL be back. Hide
