We had a great time. The property was ideal for us. Located in the centre of Alnmouth within easy reach of beach and all local shops and pubs. Childrens park nearby was ideal. Property furnished to a high standard - very spacious and comfortable.

The cottage was warm and there was plenty of hot water. However, it is tucked up a side alley, which is not described on the website, and the sitting room and kitchen both face on to brick walls. Although in photographs it all looks light and airy, in fact it is dark with no views at all. There is nowhere to safely let dogs out for air.

Had a lovely week in this property. Spacious with high ceilings we found it a good base to discover the area. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and breakfast bar. The sitting room was a bit dark and the kitchen equipment lacking a little but the accommodation was very quiet and comfortable. Short walk to the estuary and village with pubs and shops.

Open airy modern house which is well appointed. We had a minor problem with the washing machine, the support team were so attentive and it was fixed and working within the day. Great location, no views but being 5 minutes from the beach not that critical, unsure if we could use the tables and chairs on the entrance overlooking the harbour.

Excellent holiday property, close to all amenities, shops and pubs. Great starting point for local walks to Warkworth and Boulmer. Private parking a big advantage.
