This spacious and unique holiday home is perfectly suited for memorable multi-generational holidays by the sea.

Located just metres from the beach at beautiful Beadnell Bay, this property is the perfect base for fun-filled coastal holidays. Beadnell Bay offers a range of activities including surfing, bodyboarding, wakeboarding and waterskiing. The established sailing club is great for those wishing to get out on the water while the nearby tennis courts make for competitive family tournaments. Beadnell village is home to a well-stocked general store, two excellent pub/restaurants and a fish and chip shop for those sunny evenings on the beach. If you can tear yourself away from the beach, the local area is rich in walking and cycling routes leading to neighbouring coastal villages and pubs.

The front door opens into a welcoming hallway for storing coats, boots and bags before continuing through to the breath-taking open-plan living space. With a double-height ceiling, Amtico flooring, extensive windows and French doors opening onto the patio, this is a fantastic room all year round. Prepare delicious family meals in the contemporary kitchen, which is fully-equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. Enjoy meals at the large dining table, which sits adjacent to the patio doors, creating an al fresco feel whatever the weather. Take some much-needed time out in the cosy lounge area, which features plump sofas, a TV and a brick fireplace with wood burner. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, together with a cloakroom for those with limited accessibility. On the first floor are the two remaining bedrooms, one king-size master with dressing table, antique French style furniture and en-suite shower room and one with a double bed and standard size set of bunk beds ideal for a small family. There is also a luxurious contemporary family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath.

Outside there is a fantastic wrap-around decking area with both dining and lounge furniture for making the most of the sunshine. Here you will also find a BBQ and separate gated area with a handy outdoor tap and hosepipe. For that extra bit of luxury why not add on the use of the 7 seater luxury hot tub, additional fees will apply - by private arrangement with the owner prior to arrival.
There is parking for two cars on the driveway.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Our second time at Northolme. Just as wonderful as the first! Lovely cottage, modern and clean yet so cosy and warm when the winds are raging outside. Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Easy walk into the village for the shop and pubs.

The house is lovely, clean and well equipped, nice and light with lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped, towel, robes and some toiletries are a nice touch, along with owners customer service, so helpful and friendly. Very close to the beach and we had fun playing tennis too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Northolme, blessed with unseasonal warmth and sunshine. A beautiful and comfortable home. Lovely early morning walks on quiet beaches. Excellent communication with the lovely owner. Definitely planning on returning.

A treat for husbands 60th birthday so all the family came. Northolme was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. We fit a lot in to a long weekend. Beadnell beach is stunning, so close to the house and our 2 year old grandson loved it. My husband had a trip to the Farne Islands, an amazing place. We loved Amble, Craster, Bamburgh and Holy Island.
