This charming coastal cottage couldn't be more perfectly situated. Located on the coastal path between the quaint villages of Seahouses and Beadnell, you can enjoy being away from the crowds at this property while being only a stone's throw from all of the action in Seahouses. Here there is a great choice of restaurants, pubs and shops as well as fabulous boat trips across to the Farne Islands. Perfectly situated for golf lovers, the friendly and welcoming Seahouses Golf Course is just a short walk from the cottage while the coastal villages of Bamburgh with its famous castle, Low Newton-by-the-Sea, Craster and Amble are all within easy reach.
Entering the property from the rear garden through the spacious conservatory, you step into the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a 5 ring Rangemaster oven, perfect for keen cooks, as well as a microwave, SMEG fridge freezer and washing machine. A limed oak dining table has seating for up to five guests and the light and spacious lounge area has two comfortable sofas and an armchair, perfect for relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, nestled in its own stone-built feature fireplace. There is a Smart TV and DVD player where you can watch one of the DVDs provided. The conservatory looks out onto the lovely south facing garden and has a table and chairs, perfect for taking a leisurely breakfast. A wrought iron spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where you are met with views across the golf course and out to sea. Because of this staircase, the cottage isn't suitable for children under five years old. Three bedrooms sit on the first floor, a master bedroom with double bed, a second double and 1 single. There is a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC.
Outside, there is a good sized south facing lawned garden and patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors on sunny days. A dining table, chairs and BBQ are also on the patio area for al fresco dining. Parking is at the front of the cottage on the access road.
