This lovely cottage is ideally situated in the pretty and quiet village of Warenford, just 5 miles from the picturesque coastal village of Bamburgh, with its fantastic beach, historic castle and the inspiring RNLI Grace Darling Museum. Nearby are the popular seaside villages of Seahouses and Beadnell. From Seahouses you can enjoy boat trips out to the bird sanctuaries of the Farne Islands, while Beadnell Bay offers an array of water sports. Travel further inland and you will find the famous Chillingham Castle just a short drive away or you can explore the Ford and Etal estate by steam railway. A little further afield, the glorious Cheviot Hills are under an hour away.
On entering this spacious and comfortable holiday cottage you will find yourself in the welcoming and tastefully furnished lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating, TV, DVD and electric fire, the light and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in after a great day out. You will also find a charming dining area. Moving into the traditional and attractive kitchen/diner you will find a further dining area with space for eight guests. The stylishly designed kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and one freezer (under counter), and a TV. There is also a utility room housing the washing machine. Heading upstairs you will find four cosy bedrooms, all with TVs. There are two double rooms and two twin rooms. The first double room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC, while the second double room has an en-suite shower room with WC. The first twin room has an en-suite shower room, and the second twin room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside you can relax and enjoy the delightful decked area outside the cottage. You will also have access to the outdoor shared tennis court, indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is ample off-road parking available for up to two cars.
