The owners have lovingly restored this property to a high standard and added a bubbling hot tub to relax in whilst enjoying a spot of stargazing. It is just 5 miles from the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe where you can visit Damian Hirst’s magnificent Verity sculpture perched on the harbour, or enjoy a game of crazy golf before heading to one of the fish and chip shops to savour the catch of the day. Only 6 miles away is the stunning seaside village of Woolacombe, with its iconic beach huts and 3 miles of golden sands, and has been voted one of the best places to surf in the world.
On entering this attractive holiday home, you will find yourself in the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a contemporary feel and tastefully decorated, you can relax after a busy day exploring North Devon on the comfy sofas, and sit and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Within the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The dining area is a lovely social place to sit and chat about your next day of adventure whilst enjoying your home-cooked meal. There are two bedrooms, a king-size room and a twin. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.
Stepping outside is a patio area with a charcoal BBQ to enjoy dining outside on those warmer evenings. After a day exploring all of North Devon’s delights, relax in the bubbling hot tub where you can watch the sunset or do a bit of stargazing.
