Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Right on beach front of a small cove. Extremely quiet location. Only stay if you are happy to drive to shops as none in village.

It is a nice little cottage located right next to the beach in the secluded village Porthallow. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was a lovely place to stay.

The location is great, the cottage is nice, could have been cleaner though. In need of an update/upgrade.

Perfectly situated next to a sheltered beach (stony) ideal for swimming, paddle boards and kayaks. Also its right on the South West coast path so great for walkers. In June 2019 the village pub was closed hopefully it will open again soon. We ate in nearby St Keverne where there are 2 pubs and a bistro. There is also a well stocked village shop andRead more local butchers there so no need to travel far for provisions. Hide

Lovely clean cottage, great location with views to the sea from the dining room. Lots of nearby things to do including coast path walks from the front door. Pity that the 5 Pilchards has closed down. The three tuns in st Kelverne does good pub food. The fat Apples cafe was lovely for lunch. Would love to return.
