With comfortable seating, TV/DVD, the bright and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in. You will also find a delightful dining area. Moving over to the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, slim-line dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Stepping outside you will find a lovely fenced and gated garden at the rear of the cottage, with a cherry tree and an apple tree. In the garden, furniture is provided so you can relax and dine al fresco. A BBQ can be provided free of charge on request. Nicely appointed, comfortable cottage in a central, rural location on the island. Well-equipped & spacious - we loved the open plan living area; owner very welcoming on arrival. Excellent base for exploring all corners of the Isle of Wight.

A fantastic week, a lovely warm welcome from our hosts especially as we arrived in the pouring rain! The cottage was well appointed and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms both showers with excellent water pressure. Kitchen had everything needed including a dishwasher. What makes this cottage so special is its location, we met rabbits, red squirrels and Read morea variety of wildlife and well as the horses in the livery yard opposite. The views are stunning up to the downs and super local walks with our dog! Hide

Cottage was ideal for 4 people but farm track leading to the property could be improved. Some cars may have trouble actually reaching the accommodation. Beautiful situation with far reaching views and many walking opportunities.

Very poor access via bridle path baby potholes. Not very disabled friendly with poor side door access. Would have been nice to have curtains or blinds on Windows felt like we were on display to passing horse riders. Great views but the negatives totally outweigh this small positive

Lovely accommodation set in the grounds of the farm house. Very rural setting but within easy distance of all the main Isle of Wight attractions. Beautiful views of the open countryside with horses and ducks on-site. Would definitely recommend. My three year old daughter loved it.
