Could do with a good deep clean in places. Would have been nice to have had tea, coffee sugar and a few basics left considering the price. Comfortable beds. Water keeps cutting out. We were very comfortable in this charming and well planned barn conversion. Plenty of equipment for cooking, and washing machine and oven were easy to use. The site is peaceful and pretty, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk to Godshill along the path at the back of the cottages.

This is a beautiful cottage on a quiet, secluded farm. It is spacious and has everything you need for a week's holiday. We had a wonderful time with our daughter, son in law and two small grandchildren and would recommend to all of our family and friends.

An attractive cottage in a lovely location within easy reach of all attractions. Spacious accommodation and very light and clean. Good views from the enclosed rear garden which sadly could not be accessed directly from the cottage. This meant tiny children had to be accompanied and al-fresco meals were a bit of a mission. Flabbergasted the property has no back door into the garden. Two key reasons for choosing the property were an enclosed garden and downstairs toilet for visiting young grandchildren. The cottage was a spacious, well equipped property on a lovely farm. As a small family we very much enjoyed this characterful dwelling, complete with friendly sheep on site! Located on the outskirt of the very quaint Godshill village and quite central on the Island, it made for a great base camp to explore the many places the IoW has to offer.

A very picturesque and well equipped cottage in a lovely rural setting. Ideal for families with children as away from the road with plenty of outdoor space.
