A very comfortable and well equipped first floor apartment with fantastic views out across the solent and amazing sunsets. Great for two couples, or an older family of 4. Well positioned to walk to Tennyson Down or the Needles, but the rest of the Isle of Wight's amazing footpaths are at your disposal.

A nice period property in an idyllic quiet location just off Tennyson Down which lends itself to walkers in particular...impressive view from the terrace with far reaching sea view...well appointed and particularly impressive pressurised water system with almost immediate hot water....you will go a long way to find a better location

What a great place to stay, the views are spectacular and it was so peaceful. The Wi-Fi was literally non-existent which given that all venues needed to be pre-booked online due to Covid 19 was a real issue. Between us we had 5 phones and only one of them worked from the property.

The location of the cottage was perfect for us, we could walk the dogs straight out onto the downs, and the views of the bay were great from the apartment. But you definitely need a car, as quite a remote location. The apartment was well supplied and the wine was much appreciated especially when arriving in storm Dennis. The location is perfect for walking around the needles but also to travel to anywhere on the island. The local shops are well stocked. The apartment was super cosy and plenty of room for us all. I would definitely return

This cottage was a dream come true over the Christmas period. It was calm and peaceful, very well equipped (we liked the Christmas tree and decoration that was set up), all the amenities one needs. The view is fantastic, and going up Tennyson Down (minutes on foot from the house) is the closest you can get to heaven ! Will come back !

The apartment was lovely with great views well equipped, suitable for small dogs would suggest it just needs a little TLC on updating in some areas as look a little tired. The main bedroom en-suite was very small. We had amazing walks on Tennyson downs and even though weather wasnt the best we had a great week.

A lovely flat! The location is outstanding with great views and walks from the doorstep. The beds are comfortable and the bed linen felt as if it were really good quality. The space worked well for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Although the kitchen is small it worked well, there was plenty of storage for our food (we often go to places that are brilliaRead morently equipped but have left no room for food.) The balcony is fantastic even though the weather meant we didn't fully enjoy it! (bring coat hangers) Hide

Tennyson Wing itself is a lovely property but the outside of the property needs some TLC. The furnishings are really quite lovely and the views are fantastic. The many books, DVD's and CD's were really appreciated. Sadly though, not all the patio furniture is as shown on the web-page ... it is now a pub style table and fixed bench seats.
