Really lovely quiet holiday cottage set in beautiful rural North Devon. Easy to have dogs due to enclosed backyard and spacious field walks. All equipment and furniture immaculately clean and working. Easy parking. Really cosy, warm and homely feel in a horizontal-rain-filled week.

The cottage was cosy and clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was most accommodating and kind and was able to share local knowledge and help us find some hidden treasures.

The cottage was in beautiful countryside away from the hustle and bustle. As a family of three adults it was a comfortable retreat. The lounge would have been less comfortable to accommodate Four adults with only one chair and a settee. I did miss my shower . The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The hosts were always available if we needed anyRead morething . Hide

Overall great holiday cottage. It was a simple cottage but had everything you needed. Lisa was great and let us use the garage to store our bikes. They also had buckets/body boards etc to borrow. The kids enjoyed the garden with swings.

The stables was an exquisite place to stay. 1.5 acres of land were beautiful. Our puppy loved the space! Well kept, clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. If not our host Lisa was amazing. She will help with almost anything and she was a pleasure to meet. You would need a car to venture out. Nearest beach westward ho about 25 minute drive.
