Visit one of the many attractions including King Arthurs Labyrinth, Portmeirion village, Harlech Castle and for adrenalin seekers there’s Coed y Brenin and Zip World Slate Caverns. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. Gather round the table for a bite to eat and plan your holiday activities. Watch your favourite movie on the TV/DVD in the bean bag snug. If you're feeling a little more energetic you can also enjoy some family time playing on the Wii console and fit board with a range of games.The conservatory games room also offers a football table with access and views over the garden. There are three lovely bedrooms to choose from, one double with TV and en-suite shower and WC, one king-size and one twin. The spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC, is the perfect place to unwind in a bubble bath.

At the back of the property there is a slate patio area, with table and chairs and charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining or just relax and embrace the mountain views. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the property.

Perfect for our family needs - we were 4 adults (parents and grandparents), 2 kids (4 & 7 years old) and a dog. Great location for everything in Fairbourne: the beach, deli, take away, train station and pub are all a short walk away. This property is brilliantly clean, spacious and in a great location. 5 mins to a lovely beach (dog friendly at each end), lovely and sandy when the tide is out. The Penrhyn bar and grill - 5 mins down the road has great food and cocktails. The deli at the other end of the road makes great breakfasts. Such a conveniently placed property. Fantastic holiday, what more could you ask for, spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation, 5 mins walk from the beach, a pub, a shop, a deli, a chip shop, a kebab shop and an Indian take away. A great base, we went during the hottest week of the year and spent a couple of days in Fairboure on the beach, we also went to Barmouth, Aberystwyth, DRead moreolgellau and had a nice walk up to the blue lake. Lovely property and great base for exploring N Wales. Only downside was local food eateries in village mostly closed early at 7.30 -possibly this is COVID thing / changes in height of summer? Could be overcome with forward planning and ordering.

Very clean modern bungalow. Pretty much had everything we needed. 5 min walk to the beach which was great for our 2 dogs. Dog bowl and towels provided is a nice touch. The local bar and grill have a good selection of beers and do some really nice food. The local post office and mini mart had an impressive range of goods. Lovely bungalow, in a lovely location. Clean and tidy with everything you could need. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries and were always lovely. Even changed the welcome food package due to dietary requirements which was a wonderful touch.

Beautifull high standard property to stay in for much longer then 2 nights! We found there everything we needed. High standard property, fully equipped, clean and defo value for money! Lovely cottage in a very quiet area with an enclosed garden. Very clean and tidy with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All furniture and equipment was in excellent condition and the place feels like home. Lovely quiet location which is five minutes from the village shop, post office, chippy and train stations. The house is roomy with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and useful en suite. All the bedrooms are a comfortable size and the provided dog towels is a nice touch.
