Or for water babies, head to Street’s Greenbank heated outdoor pool just around the corner from the shopping outlet. For fishing enthusiasts, fishing can be arranged at nearby Kings Sedgemoor Drain (permit required). Other places of interest in the area include the wide sandy beach at Burnham-on-Sea, the cathedral city of Wells, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves.
