Perfectly placed within walking distance to the waterside town of Falmouth, this delightful cottage is attached to the owner's home, enjoys its own street entrance and has no shared amenities. The town offers a charming mix of shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Enjoy a meander around Falmouth harbour, the third largest natural harbour in the world, or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy a Cornish ice cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes. This special area also has a unique eco-climate where sub-tropical flowers and plants thrive, so take a ferry up to Trelissick Gardens or a picnic to Trebah Garden.

Enter this delightful retreat, the perfect place for your holiday, into the hall where you can leave your sunhats and sandals or walking boots and coats. From the hall doors lead you to the shower room with shower and WC and also the comfortable double bedroom. There are stairs to the first floor where you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You'll be greeted by the characterful calm surroundings of this central living hub with an abundance of character, exposed stonework, whitewash walls and beams. Why not take some down time and sink into and relax on the comfy sofas in the lounge area with a good book or watch your favourite programme or a movie on the TV/DVD. The kitchen with lovely estuary views is perfect for all your holiday cooking and is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with an ice compartment and the dining area accommodates four people.

Heading outside there is roadside parking subject to availability, however, it's very unusual not to easily find a space.

Great accommodation only a 15 minute walk to town & 20 minutes from the centre of Falmouth. Easily walk to nearby bar/restaurant with great views. All necessities for our stay were provided. Parking a bit haphazard but managed to get a close spot every day. Would recommend a stay here & personally would stay again.
