Known as the Capital of the Cotswolds, Cirencester offers fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as the Corinium Museum, the remains of a Roman Amphitheatre and Cirencester Park. Also worth visiting are Tetbury, the home of Highgrove Gardens, Bibury, Burford, Fairford, Cricklade, Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and the historic towns of Cheltenham and Bath. The Cotswold Water Park is a popular destination with 150 lakes offering a variety of leisure activities including archery, wakeboarding, windsurfing, birdwatching and rally driving.
On entering this pretty cottage, you will find yourself in the very handy entrance hall with a downstairs WC to your left and space to wipe down muddy paws. Move on to the very welcoming and beautifully furnished lounge which really feels like home from home and offers plenty of comfortable seating, TV, a range of books and a beautiful open fire. Moving into the kitchen, you will find it equipped with a large Range-style oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Exploring this quaint and cosy cottage further you will find a spacious dining room where up to eight guests can dine in style. Heading up the steep cottage style stairs you will find the spacious master bedroom, featuring a double bed, built-in wardrobe and views overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. There’s a comfy twin bedroom. Outside the twin room you will find a single bed with plenty of storage space. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Step outside and enjoy the stunning south-facing mature garden, which is a charming sun trap with plenty of garden furniture and BBQ. Off-road parking is available.
