This property is located on the outskirts of the medieval market town of Wainfleet All Saints in a secluded and peaceful setting. The town is just a short stroll from the property and has a supermarket, butchers, grocers, a couple of local pubs and a traditional fish and chip shop. It’s ideal for picking up small essentials or grabbing a bite to eat on nights you don’t fancy cooking. Skegness Beach is a short drive away and offers a fun day by the seaside for all the family. The ever-popular beach boasts donkey rides, surfing lessons, crazy golf, a fantastic pier complete with rides and much more, and is definitely worth a visit.
Stepping into the main hall, the exploring starts here, heading right through into the lounge with comfortable seating to relax by the open fire and watch a film on the Smart TV with Sky, blu ray/DVD, or listen to some music and play a game on the Bluetooth speakers and Nintendo Wii. The next-door kitchen offers electric range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen leads onto a games area with pool table, table tennis and air hockey table which overlooks the indoor heated pool, and if you look hard enough you will find the secret entrance to the hidden children's play room with an array of children’s toys. If extra space is needed there is a butler’s kitchen with fridge/freezer and storage for boots and coats with a nearby two showers for use before entering the pool. Heading to the further side of the ground floor there is an impressive dining room with seating for twenty-two and an electric mini grand piano. Relax after a celebration dinner in the drawing room with a feature open fire, SkyTV and blu ray/DVD. There is a ground floor double bedroom and a separate WC situated next door. Heading up the impressive staircase to the first-floor start exploring the bedrooms, the first bedroom offers a super-king bed and an additional single bed., a single bedroom. Enjoy some opulence in the four-poster super-king-size bedroom. There is a further king-size bedroom and another bedroom along the corridor with double bed which also has cinema screen, projector and blu ray/DVD player. a further single bedrooms, leads into a double bunk bedroom with a single over. These bedrooms share a bathroom with roll-top bath and WC and a shower room with shower and WC. Head through the garden to the cottage which offers a lounge with open fire, TV/DVD and a kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave. A utility area having washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, here there is also a dining table. Heading upstairs to the first-floor you will find two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath and WC.
The hall and the cottage sit in three acres of formal gardens with courtyard, terrace, garden furniture and BBQ, leading to eight acres of fenced paddocks. To the rear of the hall are tennis courts, a play park with Victorian mansion playhouse for the younger guests. You can soak-up the sunshine and enjoy the magnificent views in the gardens whilst the children burn off energy. There are steps leading down to a private patio area with seating and fish pond and water feature. There is off-road parking for ten cars.
