Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty attracting visitors throughout the year. Bourton-on-the-Water’s central location offers easy access to a host of attractions. Why not visit Adam Henson at The Cotswold Farm Park, or take in one of the many National Trust properties and gardens to include Snowshill Manor, Hidcote Gardens, Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. The surrounding countryside provides beautiful walking and riding along a network of waymarked footpaths and bridleways. Or simply stay in Bourton and visit Birdland, The Motor Museum or The Model Village, or perhaps take a picnic by the river Windrush and wander the picturesque High Street and finish with a cream tea.

Drive through the gates into this private mews of honey coloured stone houses, step into the hallway which is the perfect place to leave your coats and boots after a day exploring. The open-plan lounge/diner offers a great space for a family, with a large cosy sofa creating a space to enjoy a movie on the TV/DVD or on a rainy day a board game, the dining area with table and chairs takes centre stage with French doors that open onto the gardens. The kitchen, contemporary in style and well-equipped, offers electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate WC on this floor. When the day is done climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms, one double with garden views, one double and one single. There is a bathroom on this floor with bath, a separate shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor and you will find a double bedroom with a double bed along with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

The property was absolutely fab. Everything you could need. The location is brilliant with so much to do without travelling too far. The church bells made the place feel special. We will definitely be back, fingers crossed, next year

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! Quiet location (except for the church bells every 15 min), yet very close to the town centre. Lovely places to visit in the area as well.

Highly recommend, beautiful and clean, close to walk into Bourton centre. Nicola and David very accommodating. We stayed the week of the heat wave and they even provided a fan which was desperately needed. Perfect holiday.

Dropped point on cleanliness due to some chipped bowls and cups otherwise perfectly clean. Dropped point on location due to being next to the church .The clock chimes every 15 mins day and night and those sleeping on the church side and the top floor can be effected. Lovely property in a great location however the church bells ringing through the night was somewhat bizarre and a nuisance, making a restful sleep difficult.

Nicely situated for the town within walking distance, again unfortunately a tree in the parking allocation consequently the car was covered in bird dropping daily with only a saucepan to use

Lovely property in a great location., tucked away from the Main Street but within a 3 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. There is a local co-op within walking distance and a Tesco within a 5 minute drive. The house is very clean and well maintained. This is a high spec property. It was beautifully clean and very well appointed, with a great Welcome Basket! This cottage was super clean and smelt amazing the kitchen was well equipped with all you needed to cook. The bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms too shower was a great temperature also lounge comfortable and cosy for nights in to watch films. A lovely property in a quiet spot ,but just steps away from the centre of the village. The house was beautifully decorated & very well equipped. The little extra touches, such as the generous welcome pack and bubble bath in the bathroom, elevated it above the usual holiday let. A welcoming home from home. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable house, kitchen well equipped. Great to have safe parking for 2 cars. Garden small but very safe for small children and we ate in the garden every day. It was, no exaggeration, the best holiday rental we ever stayed at. Great location but quiet, spotless, comfortable, cozy, well decorated, and it super well equipped. Perfect setting and a very short walk into Bourton on the Water for easy access to the various restaurants, pubs and attractions. The property had all the facilities you could wish for and the owner left a lovely welcome pack which was very thoughtful.
