Enjoying a quiet location accessed via a farm lane within the rolling countryside of central Cornwall, this is one of four charming properties converted from a stunning 16th century Cornish long house.

This delightful property is perfectly situated for touring the whole of this stunning county, from the traditional tourist hot spots on the north coast, such as Newquay and Padstow, to what many now class as the ‘real’ Cornwall on the south coast, with its wealth of traditional fishing villages and its rugged and picturesque coastline. The bustling city of Truro is just a 10-minute drive away offering an array of shops, pubs and restaurants hidden amidst its cobbled streets. A great selection of gardens and attractions are all just a short drive away including the must-see Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, among many others.

On entering this charming single-storey property you will find yourself in the snug and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. You can relax in the comfort of the snug and comfortable lounge with its exposed beams and wooden floor, and enjoy the TV/DVD. The cosy dining area is ideally situated, and the elegant kitchen has everything you may need during your stay including gas oven with hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. There is an external utility room shared with the other cottages onsite, which houses two washing machines and tumble dryers. Exploring the cottage further, you will discover the comfy and traditional master bedroom, with views out over a delightful courtyard. There is also a shower room complete with walk-in shower and WC.

Stepping outside, you will find a lovely and spacious, courtyard garden with garden furniture and BBQ, where you can relax and enjoy a lazy afternoon. There are also other grounds for you to enjoy. There is plenty of off-road parking available.
