The cottage is situated in a dream location very near to the busy river in Wroxham. The secure car parking worked well as did the refuge disposal. All in all my wife and I had a lovely holiday in the most delightful surroundings.

Extremely clean property with the most comfortable beds weve ever slept in, this was a great base from which to explore this area of Norfolk. Braved Storm Dennis to see seals at Winterton-on-Sea and really enjoyed a visit to beautiful Norwich.

It was very cosy and welcoming and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We also had the treat of the little heron visiting us on our patio seemingly ready to eat out of my hand,...if only I had a spare fish to give!!!
