You will be ideally situated in the popular area of Porth, a perfect destination for families and keen surfers. Walkers and outdoors enthusiasts will also be in their element as from here you can access the South West Coast Path, which allows you to walk to Watergate Bay, or on towards Padstow. The bustling heart of Newquay is only a short drive away, offering further sandy beaches and numerous pubs, shops, restaurants and attractions like Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include a selection of golf courses, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Stepping inside this delightful first-floor apartment you will immediately find yourself in the bright and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is light yet cosy, and boasts a TV/DVD, patio doors leading out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the lovely views, and a relaxed dining area. Similarly, the kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Perfectly situated with a view of the beach in Porth. Extremely quiet and peaceful with storage facilities for wetsuits or surfing equipment. Within walking distance of Newquay centre (20 - 25 mins) easy walking. A great cafe (Gwennas) right next to the apartment that does a really good breakfast. Highly recommend apartment.

We had a great time at our holiday property. It is quaint but perfect for what we wanted. Great location and use of the garage is such a bonus. Really clean and would definitely like to come again!

Just spent a week in the sea sparkle apartment. It is in an amazing location and was very comfortable and very well equipped. Could not fault it and we would definitely stay here again.
