We love staying at the Old Oak Barn, it's in the perfect location for a quiet holiday, but it's also in a great location for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. This was our 3rd stay at this property, we love it.

I've stayed there twice this year (June & Sept) and loved it every time. I'll hope to be able to go back for stay number 3 at some point.

Everything was perfect, except the weather ! It enabled us to get around a part of Cornwall that we were less familiar with. Cottage was very well presented to a high level of cleanliness and comfort. Plenty of room for four.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfortable converted barn. The setting is so lovely surrounded by countryside with only the animals for neighbours. The weather was not good , however, we found plenty to do and places to explore. We would love to return.

My husband and I booked the cottage for ourselves and my brother and nephew who travelled from Malaysia and Australia for 6 nights. Almost didn't make the trip due to a medical emergency but thankfully I was discharged on the day of our travel and we reached the cottage at 1am! Owner had left milk, tea bags and biscuits.
