The delightful village of Kettlestone dates back to the Domesday Book and makes an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of Norfolk. Nearby is the bustling and historic market town of Fakenham, home of the Fakenham Racecourse and the Thursford Show. On entering this delightful and traditional brick and flint cottage you will find yourself in the bright and comfortable lounge, which offers the ideal space to relax in at the end of a great day out, with plenty of comfy seating, an open fire, TV/DVD and radio. You will also find a charming dining room with an oak table and space for eight guests. Heading into the stylishly designed kitchen/breakfast room, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. The larder has an extra fridge and a freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a ground-floor WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find three comfortable and spacious bedrooms. There’s a super king (with zip and link beds which can be made into a twin on request), double bedroom and a twin bedrroom. You will also find a day bed on the landing, and the bathroom is complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Stepping outside, you will find a large enclosed rear garden, with furniture, where you can unwind and dine al fresco. There is storage space for bikes and surf boards in the open barn, there is also a table tennis table in the barn. Off-road parking for three cars is available to the side of the house.
