This property enjoys an excellent location within easy reach of numerous fantastic beaches, making it the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy a seaside holiday whilst staying somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier resort towns. The development is on a former farm and is in an idyllic countryside location in the tiny hamlet of Choseley, giving a lovely secluded feel to this property and its sister properties with which it shares the site. 4 miles north of the property, the picturesque Brancaster Estate is managed by the National Trust and offers a wide sandy beach, as well as an abundance of wildlife, and an interesting Roman fort. To the west, meanwhile, the seaside resort of Hunstanton lies just seven miles from the property and offers a livelier seaside experience with a pier, beachside entertainment, and the Sea Life sanctuary.
This barn conversion property has been thoughtfully styled to create a comfortable and stylish retreat which has the air of a country house. The first room that guests will come to is the dining room which is one of two places to eat and is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals together. From here a door leads through to the lounge, an elegant room which has been lovingly styled by the owners to create an elegant space with some beautiful touches including sumptuous wall hangings, antique furnishings, an open fire, and a reclining sofa. There is SKY TV in this room for catching up on your favourite programmes. Tucked away in the corner of the lounge there is a small but useful study area, whilst at the opposite side of the room double doors lead through to the sunny conservatory which offers a second dining area, allowing guests to enjoy meals whilst looking out to the garden. From the conservatory, a door leads to a hallway where the washing machine and tumble dryer are kept, off from which there is a cloakroom with a WC and a second door leading to the kitchen/diner. At the side of this room, there is a breakfast table, beyond which the kitchen area has a good range of equipment including a range oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads back round to the dining room at the front of the house from where an oak staircase takes guests to the bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom is a wonderful retreat-like room with a king-size bed, antique furnishings, and a sanctuary-like en-suite bathroom with a stylish double vanity, a bath with shower over the bath, and a separate walk-in shower. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, a twin, and a bunk bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, and WC. The second set of stairs leads up to the upper floor where the remaining two bedrooms are situated. The first of these is a king-size room with a sloping ceiling, and an en-suite shower room offering a shower and WC, whilst the property’s fifth bedroom is another twin room.
Outside, the property enjoys an enclosed rear patio which is accessed through the conservatory and which offers a large outdoor table and chairs. To the front of the property, meanwhile, there is a shared driveway with a private parking area for this property allowing guests to park three cars.
