This lovely property enjoys a fantastic location on the edge of the popular fishing harbour of Brancaster Staithe, a lovely village which offers plenty of opportunities for sailing. There are plenty of delightful towns and villages along the coast including Burnham Market, Hunstanton, Wells-next-the-Sea and Heacham. Further inland you could visit pretty market towns including Holt, Fakenham and the medieval pilgrim village of Little Walsingham. You can take a trip on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway or explore numerous beautiful nature reserves, including those at Snettisham, Titchwell and Blakeney, or explore the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby attractions include Pensthorpe Natural Park, Houghton Hall, the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate and the royal residence at Sandringham.

On entering this light and spacious holiday home, which is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find yourself in the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating and a Smart TV, the lounge makes an ideal space to relax in after a brilliant day out. You will also find a charming dining area for up to six guests. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Exploring this delightful property further, you will find a lovely sun room with views out to the garden. Going upstairs to the first floor, you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a King-size room, a double room, and a twin room. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the P-shaped bath and a WC.

Stepping outside, there’s a small lawn area to the front of the house. The rear enclosed garden has a patio area with garden furniture, lawn and shrubs. Off-road parking for three cars is available to the side of the house. There is also space for parking a boat and trailer. The harbour is just a couple of minutes away.

A lovely modern house, well equiped and in a great position with the coast just a stone throw away and within walking distance of great pubs and shops Good dog friendly garden and house. Would definitely stay there again

Comfortable holiday home, ideal position for coast and local pubs welcomed dogs and very good food. However, be prepared and bring cleaning materials with you such as washing up liquid and dishcloth as none available. Enclosed garden for dogs, but small picket fence and gate at side.

A great location for walking and water sports. Yes the property is a little tired BUT its dog friendly (but clean) and the price reflects that. The tree on the drive needs cutting back and a washing line added would be the only improvements I would suggest. It has a good secure garden, the harbour and crab hut (absolute must) is only 5mins. Perfect for families & dogs! Lots of space & a decent sized & secure garden for the dogs to run. Great position for the coastal path & 36 bus, which runs 7 days a week all around the coast. Short walking distance to the Jolly Sailors pub, which welcomes dogs everywhere & has decent food & takeaways.

What a little home from home gem of a holiday property ~ just right for our young family mini break to the coast we love. Easy access to many local beaches and inland routes easy too. Parking also easy and a bonus in a tiny village location. The welcome pack was a lovely treat and very thoughtful. We enjoyed our holiday immensely, thank you!

A spacious, comfortable house in an excellent and beautiful location, with quick and easy access to the harbour, coastal path etc. The shower unit is badly in need of modernisation.

Had a brilliant week in the cottage. Very well equipped. Just needed to know that you need to take everything if you are cooking in the cottage (salt, pepper, tin foil, kitchen roll, etc).

Second stay and the small improvements were very good very warm for a winter Break Ideal location for walks everything in the house you could need I would book again
