This was a lovely lodge in a beautiful location. We stayed for 4 days and it was a very peaceful place. The lodge was clean on arrival and very kindly the owners had left 2 homemade cupcakes for us which were delicious! Bed was very comfortable and decor was nice too. Area was quiet with lots of wildlife around. We hope to return in the future.

Fairly basic but very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Owner helpful and promptly sorted out a couple of minor issues. Good location but the farm track to the property very muddy in wet weather. The boarding kennels werent a problem, just occasional barking. Good touring area.

The cottage was in an ideal position for us as we have family in Norfolk but would be great for anybody looking for a quiet rural retreat. The grounds were lovely to walk round and there was a lovely lake for my husband to fish. East Harling is a lovely little village with a shop, butchers and a lovely little tea room.
