This lovely stone stable conversion is located in the heart of North Yorkshire, beautifully furnished and enjoys uninterrupted views over farmland and the countryside.

Located near the peaceful village of Kirkby Malzeard, with the beautiful cathedral city of Ripon close by, perfect for a friends or family holiday. Set on the edge of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, ideal for cyclists having featured on the route for the Tour de Yorkshire.  Explore the charming market towns of Leyburn and Middleham. Take a trip to the magnificent Jervaulx Abbey and Richmond Castle, worth a visit at any time of the year. A little further afield is Harrogate and the market town of North Allerton, indulge in some retail therapy and treat yourself to afternoon tea at the famous Betty’s Tearoom or visit the Black Sheet Brewery in Masham.

A warm welcome awaits as you enter the property into a spacious entrance hall with useful cloakroom for coats and boots and a ground floor separate WC, venture off the hallway you will find a beautiful lounge with wonderful views onto the garden and open countryside. Cosy up in front of the wood burner and enjoy a favourite film on the Smart TV or why not challenge your fellow guests to a board game. If you want a quiet space, head through to the snug just off the lounge(with sofa-bed), enjoy the view, a cup of tea and a good book. Also, off the hallway is the dining room, a great space to enjoy meals together and plan the next days’ adventure. To the left of the entrance is the well-designed kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave, the perfect social space to enjoy preparing a meal together. Heading upstairs you will find four bedrooms. These include two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and WC and one with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, all with magnificent views over the countryside. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

As you head outside, you will find an abundance of space to enjoy, a patio with garden furniture to relax in the sunshine or why not dine al fresco when the weather allows. You have use of the property’s enclosed paddock, great for some garden games and children to run around and play safely. There is a secure bicycle storage and ample off-road parking for at least six cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Loved this property. Totally equipped for a family, with travel cot, highchair, and games. Very well equipped kitchen. The cottage was beautifully clean and in a really good location for getting out and exploring the local area.

Lovely views , very comfortable house and central for lots of great places to visit almost on your doorstep . This is a beautiful area for walks and cycling and all the locals were very friendly I would recommend this house .

A beautifully located cottage, with views across the fields. There were curlews nesting in the field, seen from the large landing windows. Fortunately, the property was cosy and comfortable, so we could snuggle down when it poured with rain outside........

Lovely break with the family including a 2 and a half year old and a 13 year old. Cottage is really lovely and has good equipment/glasses plates and cutlery etc. Rooms are spacious, light and airy and the dining room is a good place to meet and eat. Outside was lovely to chill by the fire pit in the evening with lovely sunset. Some good walks near Read moreto the cottage. Went to Harrogate, Ripon and a day at Lightwater Valley. We had a great time and would highly recommend. Hide
