A lovely cosy cottage in a lovely location, just what we were looking for, it has everything you need and it was very clean and tidy, it is in an ideal location for exploring north and south Cornwall. The pub up the road is very nice as is the Chinese takeaway opposite, there is a small village stores round by the play park which has a lot of thingRead mores but there is a large Tesco about 20-30 minutes away in either truro or st austell, we will definitely be booking it again ! The cottage was so lovely, it was clean and a great size for a family of 4. Perfect location for days out all around Cornwall. It was such a homely place to return to after a long day site seeing. The cottage was the cherry on top of our fantastic family holiday.

Moonpenny is a lovely well equipped, comfortable cottage located on the A390 & perfectly placed for reaching all parts of Cornwall. Truro is 10 minutes in one direction & St Austell 10 minutes in the other. The beautiful fishing village of Mevagissey is only a short drive away & shouldn't be missed.

Lovely village, awesome house, great central location for all areas of Cornwall, well stocked, extremely clean and comfortable and well maintained, note that it is just off a main road, so noise initially is a little higher with the windows open, but not that noticeable. This was a lovely cottage and, despite the wet weather, we did enjoy our stay. Made full use of our annual tickets to the Eden Project. The village shop is run by volunteers so is only open for about 6 hours a day but there is a Spar type shop in Probus which has longer opening hours. We enjoyed our take-away from the Eastern Promise across the roaRead mored, and also had a drink in the local pub, nice and cosy. Used the Park and Ride for Truro, buses run every few minutes - 2 p/p. Hide

Good location for exploring this part of Cornwall. It is on a main road but is only really busy during morning and evening commutes.

Great holiday cottage within a small village which was very friendly. Small local shop and had a lovely little coffee and cake shop run by volunteers! Great jump off point for most areas of Cornwall . Loved all the honesty boxes in the area selling fresh eggs etc. All in all a great cottage in a nice wee area of Cornwall.

A lovely cottage ideally situated to get to see a lot of the Cornish countryside. The cottage was clean, very well equipped and comfortably furnished with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home for our break. The local pub also had really good, fresh cooked pub grub.
