Great property, great location ie great base. The house was perfect for the family with all mod cons. The environment was clean and well presented. Trips to the beach easy and trips more in land simple. Instow beach and restaurant perfect and Appledore was adorable and I recommend Appledore Flame Factory restaurant.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely location, perfect for walking the dog. We all had a wonderful holiday. The house was lovely and contained everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for the whole family from grandma to grown up children and their partners. A perfect location for exploring the area including Croyde, Lynton, IlfRead moreracombe and Padstow. Fantastic! Thank you! Hide

A lovely, modern, clean house. We went as a party of 7, there was plenty of space for everyone! Its located on a very quiet new build estate, with shops and pubs within walking distance. There is a nice long walk not to far from the property, but the beach is a car journey away
