Located in the heart of beautiful Lansallos village with private parking. This is a charming property with a wood burner, beautiful gardens and within walking distance to the beach.

This charming property is located in the picturesque National Trust village of Lansallos, gateway to Cornwall’s spectacular coast path, and just five minutes’ walk down to the nearest sandy beach. Spacious and full of character, the property offers gorgeous gardens, a private drive, a wood burner and pretty conservatory with tantalising sea glimpses from a garden terrace. Nestling between the pretty fishing ports of Polperro and Poluran, Lansallos is a former smugglers’ paradise; visitors can marvel at the secret tracks carved into the cliff to bring bounty from beach to shore. Take day trips to nearby Looe and historic Fowey both with many fine eateries and traditional inns. Perched on one of the most unspoilt sections of the coast path Lansallos is the starting point for a whole series of wonderful cliff walks towards Dodman Point and the Lizard in one direction and the Devon Coast in the other. Accessible pretty sandy beaches lie below all safe for children to swim and paddle. For a day trip try Charlestown, featured in the Poldark harbour scenes, perfect for a light lunch on the quay. Canoes are available for hire at several points nearby, while Fowey, a fashionable port town, also offers a ferry trip past seal-inhabited waters to nearby Mevagissey. Close-by also lies the world famous The Eden Project, The Ship Wreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock House.

From the conservatory a door leads you into the sunny lounge, the prefect spot to kick back and relax after a day's exploring and for those cooler months why not snuggle up on the comfy sofas and enjoy the glow of the wood burner. A sociable space for the whole family to gather for that pre-meal chit chat. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking requirements and comprises of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast bar. The dining area seating eight, boasts an antique pine farmhouse table, just perfect for either that lazy breakfast or family celebration. From the kitchen and dining area patio doors lead onto the decking and gardens. The hallway just off from the kitchen, will take you to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Consisting of master king bedded room with additional hand basin, two twin bedrooms and one double with patio doors heading out to the garden. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC and one shower room with shower and WC as well as a third, separate WC to complete the accommodation.

Heading outside one is greeted by a wonderful mature garden, mainly laid to lawn with views over the local countryside. There are several patio and decked areas with pergola and quality garden furnishings, just perfect for that all-important family time. After a day on the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower or make the most of the sunset and enjoy an al fresco meal around the charcoal BBQ . Off-road private parking is available for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
