Penny Cottage is located in a pretty village and is central for walking, historic sites and the Kennett and Avon canal. It is set well back from the road with a small gravelled outdoor space.

We met Tay and Paul at property, what a lovely couple, they were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cottage was excellent, clean and modern.

A cosy and comfortable cottage, in a good location for walks in woods or on the downs. The owner is very considerate and helpful. We suggested a microwave would be a useful additional facility and he went and bought one and there it was the next day.

An absolutely beautiful property, very well furnished with a luxury bathroom, well equipped kitchen and cosy fireplace and living room. It's fantastically located in a gorgeous little village with many fantastic walks to nearby Avebury and the stones, as well as the town of Marlborough, which has great shops, pubs and restaurants. Lovely cottage in a lovely, quiet rural location. The village of Lockeridge is picture box perfect, ideally situated for some of the ancient sites of Wiltshire.

We had a lovely few days stay at Penny Cottage with our Labrador. Lots of peaceful walks right from the door and a lovely dog friendly pub across the road. Tay and Paul have beautifully renovated the cottage, which is very well equipped with eveything you may need whilst on holiday. A very cosy feel throughout and extremely clean and tidy. A great Read morelocation for exploring, we particularly enjoyed visiting Bath and the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Highly recommend! Hide
