The town offers numerous delightful attractions, including the Valley Gardens, Harrogate Theatre, the Royal Pump Room Museum, the Turkish Baths, the Yorkshire Showground and the Stray: 200 acres of beautiful open parkland. You can also enjoy a wonderful array of fabulous restaurants, tea rooms, cafes, pubs and independent shops. Nearby attractions include Knaresborough Castle, Mother Shiptons Cave, Ripley Castle and Brimham Rocks, and you can explore Pateley Bridge, Almscliffe Crag and the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Also within easy reach are several popular and historic towns and cities including Ripon, Skipton and York.

This spacious townhouse offers generous accommodation arranged  four floors directly opposite the Harrogate Conference Centre. The lower-ground entrance leads you into a spacious kitchen/diner which is equipped with everything you may need including a dining space for eight guests with TV. Heading up to the first floor (also accessible from a second front entrance) you will find a huge open-plan living space with plenty of comfortable seating and TV with a beautiful sunny conservatory and an additional dining area/workspace. Going upstairs you will find four stylish bedrooms, all with TVs. There are two king-size bedrooms which can be made into twin rooms on request at the time of booking. There is a stylish family bathroom with shower over bath. Heading up another slightly steeper flight of stairs there is a twin bedroom, which can be made into a super-king on request, with an en-suite shower room with WC. Finally there’s a third double room which can be made into two small singles on request (at the time of booking), this room features a shower and wash basin in the bedroom and separate WC off the landing.

Stepping outside, you can sit back and unwind in the lovely patio area which is complete with dining for 8 guests. Off-road parking is available for three cars – one to the front and two to the rear of the property.

We loved our stay at Conference Townhouse. It's a great location for the Conference Centre, just across the road, It's well decorated and the beds were super comfy!

This place was excellent, perfect location for a conference across the road. Harrogate was welcoming in the cold November air especially when coming back to a beautiful cottage. Highly recommend this property for any families or working professionals heading to harrogate.

Everything about this house suited us down to the ground. We did get a bit of a workout from the ground to the 3 rd floor. Great location right in the centre with loads of places to eat and drink close by. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely house in a fantastic location. Everything has been really well thought through in this tastefully decorates and nicely furnished house. Parking in Harrogate can be tricky and the addition of 3 parking spaces is excellent.

In the perfect location for Harrogate town centre with ample parking, the house is recently tastefully refurbished and a lovely space for family/friends to get together and enjoy time all together.
