The apartment is within easy waking distance of Knaresborough, where you will find a fantastic choice of pubs, restaurants and shops and the beautiful Waterside, as well as the famous Knaresborough Castle and Mother Shiptons Cave, a visitor attraction dating back to 1630 and home of the unique Petrifying Well which turns objects to stone. This is also a fantastic base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Coast. You can also explore the Nidd Valley, Brimham Rocks and Almscliffe Crag.

On entering this delightful ground-floor apartment, which is situated to the rear of the owners property in a tranquil residential area, you will find yourself in the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfortable seating and a TV, the lounge is an ideal space to relax in, and you will also find a charming dining area with a pleasant garden view. Ideal for two people. Small and cosy with lovely views of the well kept garden. Has everything you need and lots of storage. Would return if in the area.

The apartment was exactly what I expected: it was small but in a quiet area with good walking possibilities for my dog and a lovely garden to give a sense of peace. Mrs Rowinski was very welcoming and did everything she could to make our stay very pleasant.

Excellent location in the beautiful town of Knaresborough, host very inviting and accommodation excellent . View over lovely kept garden a joy each day. Well located for trains and for us bike rides. Use of garage to keep bikes gave piece of mind.Very pleased with accommodation and location and would highly recommend.

There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen area and lovely to eat by the patio windows watching the red kites fly over. Beds were comfortable and heating worked well. I found the straight chairs a little uncomfortable when watching the TV in the evenings but this is a minor thing. A well maintained, very comfortable little apartment with a very friendly and helpful owner. Within easy walking distance of the town, with lovely riverside walks nearby which our dog loved. We can't fault it.

The suite was very cozy and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The kitchen was well appointed and the little apartment was very comfortable. We enjoyed having our own space. It was very private and quiet. Close to lovely market in Knaresborough, lovely walking and shopping near by.
