A fantastic four-storey townhouse, offering stylish accommodation for six guests featuring a private patio garden, located at the heart of Harrogate, under a 0.5 mile walk from the shops, restaurants, and spa.

Perfectly located in the centre of Harrogate with a wide choice of restaurants, shops and cafes on the doorstep. A trip to this beautiful spa town wouldn't be complete without a visit to the famous Betty's Tearooms serving their fabulous afternoon tea. There is an excellent range of shops in the town, and the independent boutiques in the Cold Bath Road area are sure to be of interest to those who enjoy nothing more than an afternoon of browsing. Directly opposite the Harrogate Conference Centre this property is also idea for those travelling on business.

A flight of stairs leading to the front entrance of this property opens into the hall and into the open-plan living area which comprises a lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area, which looks out over the front of the property, boasts a comfortable seating area with a TV/DVD with Sky channels. The dining area features dining for 6 guests and the contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and washer/dryer. From this room stairs lead down to a cosy king-size bedroom (please note that this has a lower ceiling)  on the ground floor which can be made up with 26” twin beds by request, ample storage space and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, and WC. Returning to the ground-floor, a second set of stairs leads to a half-landing off which there is a cloakroom with WC, and continues on to a king-size bedroom offering its own TV and an en-suite wet room with waterfall shower and WC. Again, this room is a flexible space which can be made up as twin on request. A further set of stairs takes guests up to the second-floor bedroom, this one being a king-size room, next to which there is a bathroom with a shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, to the rear of the property, a patio (this area is not enclosed)  with garden furniture is a lovely spot to sit out an enjoy al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for one car to the rear of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The property is vert well presented. Easy access to town centre and countryside. Comfortable beds, plenty of good quality cutlery and crockery. Everything you require from a holiday cottage. Pleasant dcor well appointed with TVs and games.
