Beautiful setting; peaceful, relaxing and just simply perfect. We needed to get away from the city and switch off. I would definitely recommend it.

A beautiful cottage with breath taking views over the valley. Becky the owner was lovely , there if you needed her but not intrusive. Everything in the cottage was very clean and comfortable, the showers were excellent. However it is a working dairy farm and although not noisy the animals are all around you. The cottage is located in a beautiful peaceful location with stunning views. The owners live next door and were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Almscliff Crag is only a short walk away and if a pint or a pub meal is what you fancy, then the Square and Compass at North Rigton is recommended.

The cottage was perfect. The owners lived next door and were lovely and very helpful. My 82 year old husband had a fall and they came round immediately to help. They were wonderful. If you are looking for an 'escape to the country' this is it! Beautiful views across the countryside. An excellent well equipped and spacious cottage. Unusually quiet for a working dairy farm with friendly farm dogs. A great welcome pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits just what you need.

We had a lovely holiday at the cottage. It had everything you could possibly need for a lovely break. Thoughtful little necessities were left for us too such as tea, coffee and milk in the fridge. A stunning view and owners who are only too happy to help and check that your stay has been a lovely one. Would definitely recommend.
