Located less than a 5 minute walk away from the sandy beach at Viking Bay, this holiday home is ideally located for families looking for an old-fashioned seaside getaway. Nestled in the pretty town of Broadstairs with its wide range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Just a short drive away is the nearby town of Margate with the recently restored family attraction, Dreamland, and Tuner Contemporary Gallery, and the historic City of Canterbury known for great shopping and Canterbury Cathedral. For keen walkers and cyclists, there is a wide range of cycle paths and footpaths nearby, making this the perfect base for couples and families looking to escape it all.

A bright and airy hall welcomes you into this property, where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats. The lounge/diner beyond has been furnished with a sofa and four comfy armchairs, here guests can unwind while watching a movie on the Smart TV/DVD or admiring the garden outside. The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy family meals, and a door from the dining area leads into the very well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, blender,dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer and a DAB radio. The washing machine is found in the utility cupboard in the hallway. The property offers three ground floor bedrooms, these consist of a double bedroom with TV, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and, completing the accommodation, there is a separate WC.

Stepping outside from the lounge is a South facing garden with a patio area with a table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sunshine or enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the garden. Solar panels on the roof as well as air source pump heating and an EV charger also make this property a more sustainable choice for a coastal getaway.  There is private parking for two cars.

A very comfortable and homely bungalow , very well equipped . The owner has provided lots more than some holiday properties, even down to a cool bag and ice blocks . A fantastic location for a holiday , so close to the beautiful Broadstairs beaches . You wont be disappointed here

This is our second visit. It is a spacious property in an ideal location for beaches , Broadstairs town centre and for visiting other towns such as Whitstable Bay and Deal.

Excellent location and very valuable off street parking. Very short walk to the town and beaches. Well equipped kitchen with high quality appliances. Nice sunny garden and patio area.

We loved our week in Broadstairs and the location of Seapoint Road is fabulous. The bungalow is comfortable and spacious and we would definitely like to visit again. It is well equipped and in a good decorative state. We liked it a lot.

Quite location within a short walk to the centre of Broadstairs. Well equipped but needs a bit of an update. Comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Massive TV.

Another visit to Seapoint. we love staying here its our home from home. well equipped, comfy beds, warm, a few minutes to the beach and a good outside space. Everything we need.
