This stylish stone annexe on farmland, close to Harrogate, offers guests a warm welcome with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. A perfect haven to get away from it all and explore the beautiful region of Yorkshire.

This property enjoys plenty of open countryside on the outskirts of Harrogate and the Yorkshire Dales. The area is awash with walks, cycle routes and stunning scenery making it the perfect place to either relax or go on an adventure. You can explore the Yorkshire Dales or go for a stroll close to the property. For the more adventurous, there are mountain bike trails in Stainburn Forest. A short drive or 2-mile walk to Almscliffe Cragg is certainly worth a visit and well as the many historical sites of interest such as Fountains Abbey and Bolton Abbey. Why not spend a day in Harrogate, visit Harlow Carr Gardens and enjoy exploring the lovely independent shops, galleries, cafes and renowned restaurants.

The entrance leads directly into the welcoming kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing a meal as it is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Head up the stairs to the first floor and you will find the lounge with additional double sofa bed. Sit back, relax and enjoy the magnificent views or watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. Off the lounge you will find the spacious, attractive bedroom with super-king-size zip-and-link (can be made up as a twin on request) with TV, beautiful finishing touches and stunning views to enjoy. Also, on this floor is the stylish shower room with shower and WC. A washing machine is available in the annexe.

Heading outside you will find a lawned garden with a flagged patio area making it a perfect spot  to enjoy al fresco dining and drinks whilst watching the wildlife and sunset. Please note that the side patio area also provides access to guests staying at the owner's arctic glamping pod located in the garden. There is also private off-road parking and a secure bike store.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The cottage was everything it said it was and more the location, the views the cleanliness the welcome very friendly people. My wife and I had a fantastic holiday one of the best cottages we have stayed at we would certainly go back again.

This was a lovely spot for some rest and relaxation with nature on the doorstep. We received a wonderful welcome from the owners who were on hand if we had any questions. The addition of the BBQ hut at the side does not spoil the view or the tranquillity of the place, It was used three times during our stay and this made no impact on us at all.

Quiet, peaceful location with stunning countryside views. Owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Other guests using the arctic glamping pod was no issue at all for us as the space was well separated. Would highly recommend.

A fabulous location overlooking open fields, with a wonderfully large bedroom with stunning views. Ample facilities for cooking and eating and a small lounge area for relaxing. Great hosts who were very obliging.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Moorside Farmhouse. John and his family were so welcoming. The house was kept beautifully and had everything we needed including a little hamper of goodies on arrival. We certainly will be visiting again!
