The cottage was in a great location for walking Hadrian's Wall and Kielder Forest and Water which we made good use of. The cottage is well equipped, they really had thought of everything. There is private parking to the rear and the welcome pack of freshly made scones with clotted cream and jam was very much appreciated.

Although on a main road this wasn't as noisey or disturbing as we first thought on arrival. The cottage has everything you need to enjoy this wonderful part of the country.

The location of the property is good for accessing other areas. We loved our stay at Weavers Cottage. It is a beautiful cottage. We explored a lot and this was a lovely base to return back to. The owner was very kind and when the washing machine broke it was replaced the very next day. We were welcomed with a delicious cream tea and beautiful sunflowers.
