Lovely house, easy to settle into and perfectly set up if you are taking dogs-no cream carpets!! I'd reccomend getting a parking pass in advance (local council online). Car park just round The back of Sandridge. The courtyard is sufficient for 'first and last dog pee' and there's plenty places for proper exercise out and about. Access to estuary 10Read more steps over the road. Pub is just as close, great live music, quiz night's etc, and good selection of other pubs, cafes, shops and so on close by. Hide

Great views, lovely location, very handy for pubs and beach at low water. Beaver Inn can be a bit noisy.

We did know that it was close to a pub that has live music sat and sun. They did finish at a reasonable hour and was very quiet for the rest of the week so histrionic of a problem for us. The cottage looks a bit run down on the outside, but we could not fault it on the inside the place was very clean, bright and welcoming. A basket of biscuits ,cofRead morefee Tec had been left for us which is a nice touch. The bedrooms were spotless and beds comfy. All in all a good place to stay good value too. Hide

The cottage was clean and there were a few improvements. The outside area is horrible and you cannot say it can be used. Convenient location but the constant coming and going of work men and vans is rather unpleasant. Bathroom needs updating and very old.

Lovley cottage great location. Great views of the estuary loved watching the sea coming in. Dog friendly with the beach right in front of you which is mainly empty. Would recommend for a fab holiday.

Cottage is lovely. Location of cottage is my idea of holiday hell. Views of the estuary but you cannot see them as there are people in the street just feet from the windows drinking all day so you need to keep the curtains closed if you want any privacy. Staff and customers in the pub directly opposite the cottage were outside drinking smoking and Read moreshouting until 1am within 6 feet of the front of the cottage. Great for a weekend away drinking with friends, terrible for quiet break with children Hide

Advert says small courtyard which was disgusting and full of scaffolding so was not used at all. Not really suitable for dogs as have to take them about 500 yards for toilet. View from cottage was stunning. Beds very comfortable.
