A beach lovers' paradise in time-honoured style and in a superb seaside location close to all the main attractions. Perfect for a family or couples with a dog looking to explore Northumberland.

Located just a short walk across the dunes to the fabulous sandy bay in Beadnell with the views of Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance tempting you to keep walking. You can join in or watch the many water sports practised on this much-loved beach or, simply relax with a picnic in the dunes. Take the coastal path on to Seahouses and Bamburgh, visit the castle, shops and restaurants there or head south on your walk to Embleton, Low Newton and Craster. Discover nearby Holy Island across the causeway and venture further to the historic market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Back in Beadnell, there is a village store, dog-friendly pub restaurants and a bistro to choose from for meals out.

Enter through the rear door located at the end of the long garden and patio area. The kitchen/diner overlooks the garden and is equipped with everything you will need for preparing your meals with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and there is a dining table and chairs. The spacious family bathroom leads from this room and has a shower over bath and WC. Moving through from the kitchen to the cosy lounge, you will find two comfortable sofas where you can relax in front of the wood burner and for nights in you can find something you like on the Smart TV. The front door leads out to the garden and another small patio. Heading up the stairs, you will find a small shower room with stunning views out to sea, a shower and WC. The pretty cosy master bedroom has a double bed with lovely sea views whilst the spacious second bedroom is a twin.

Outside the kitchen, there is a stone patio area with garden furniture for al fresco dining and a lawned garden leads up to the garden gate and parking beyond. At the front, there is a patio area with a picnic table and bench seating, the rest of the garden is lawned and open plan with the neighbouring properties there is off-road parking for two cars, on the grassed area at the rear of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This cottage is lovely, cosy, quirky in some ways and well thought out. It was very clean and well equipped with a decent sized fridge which was great, often cottages have tiny fridges which is annoying. Fisher's Cottage has all the character of an older dwelling (being built in the eighteenth century) but is also comfortable and warm. It is situated very conveniently for the lovely beach and only a short walk from the pubs, cafe and shop in the quiet village. It is not far from other places of interest up and down the coast. We loved the cottage and the location is amazing. Would visit again. Everything was there for our comfort. This is a really lovely cottage with lots of character, very cosy & warm, hardly had the heating on at all in the middle of October. Really clean & well equipped. Very close to the beach & only a 10 minute walk to the local pub & cafe.

Lovely old cottage, 5 minutes walk from fantastic beach. Very comfortable and clean with everything you need and spacious outside areas. Seahouses village 1 mile away has good shops, butcher, fishmonger , deli and the best fish and chips we've had for years. Also boat trips to Farne Islands. We had a wonderful week's stay.

We had a wonderful week in this atmospheric and charming cottage. It was warm and comfortable. But best of all was the location - so close to Beadnell Harbour, the Craster Arms for good food and local shop. It is only a few miles to Bamburgh and Holy Island. This cottage is in a very good location for the beach and village. One bedroom and the upstairs bathroom have limited headroom for tall people. The cottage has good fitting and furniture. Mobile phone connection is limited and using WiFi calling was required.

Amazing location but felt cottage could offer more. not ideally dog friendly as both gardens are open & shared, lovely old cottage that is just a little tired in places but comfortable, lounge very dark inside & photos dont reflect this unless every light is on. A great location by the sea with plenty of character and outdoor space to enjoy. A very short walk to the sandy bay and an easy walk to the local pubs. Well equipped cottage with everything you need and a few mod cons too to keep all the family entertained (Smart TV and Good Wifi always helps).

An old, but delightful cottage ideally situated for access to the beach, but set well back from the main road. Within easy reach of other beautiful locations. A very cosy, homely atmosphere too. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at Fishers cottage- the location is great and it was super cosy on rainy days, especially with the fire burning. The fire guard really helped with young children. The owner was very helpful and responsive when a minor issue came up and it was resolved promptly. I would recommend!

The cottage is in a wonderful location, so close to the sea. My husband is a keen birdwatcher and he was able to spend a lot of time sea-watching just 30 seconds from our front door. Perfect location if you want to get away from it all. Cottage very charming and very well run. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were both fixed without fuss, with full covid protection and within hours. Nothing more the owner could have done. Covid measures exemplary.

Warm, well equipped and cosy with lots of character, beautiful views, plenty of outside space, comfy beds, smart TV, log burner, and rabbits on the lawn every evening. There are walks along the beach in both directions (approx 2 1/2 miles to Seahouses, 5 miles to Bamburgh, 3 miles to Low Newton). Lovely location for this small cottage within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Low ceilings throughout, and a very small and low shower upstairs mean that it isnt really suitable for anyone over around 5 ft 10.....unless you dont mind walking around with bent head. The location is fantastic - one minute to the sea and under 5 minutes to the best beach on the Northumberland coast. There is a garden with table and chairs at the front and rear of the property which meant we could enjoy the sun at any time of day.
