Visit the RSPB Reserve for wildlife watching, go river fishing or have an adventure at Zip World and Surf Snowdonia. Taste the local delights in pubs, restaurants, cafes and the Welsh Food Centre, visit the collection of independent shops, events and attractions in and around the area, from National Trust sites such as Bodnant Gardens to Britain's Smallest House in Conwy.

This beautiful stone farmhouse, refurbished in 2019, is a delight to stay in with exposed stone walls, high ceilings, exposed beams and all the creature comforts for a most enjoyable stay. Go through the back door and into the boot room and utility room with plenty of space for your boots, coats and holiday attire, alongside the washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a lovely shower room with shower and WC here, perfect to take a leisurely shower. As you walk through to the kitchen you will be tempted to get creative in this lovely space. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has oak work surfaces, an electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher with all the extra equipment you need to rustle up a meal. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round, plan your holiday activities and enjoy this social space. After dinner take time to relax in the lounge on the sofas, read a good book, watch Sky TV with standard package or maybe light the wood burner for cosy nights in. There is also a lovely bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and Sky TV. Head upstairs to the first floor to choose from a further three bedrooms, two king-size bedrooms both with Sky TV and one with an en-suite shower room and WC, or the lovey twin bedroom with Sky TV. All the bedrooms have lovely linen and have been designed for a good night’s sleep with lovely views to wake up to. To complete the accommodation, there is a family bathroom perfect to take a leisurely bath with freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, enjoy the wildlife and wonderful views from sunrise to sunset from the enclosed garden with hot tub, table and chairs. Explore this working farm with breath-taking views, there are a number of private walks to enjoy in the grounds or join the public footpaths further afield including the landmark of Cadair Ifan Goch. If you are bringing you bike or canoe, there is storage available and private off-road parking for four cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Highly recommended. The owners were so accommodating and the property is gorgeous. Very well-appointed kitchen, comfy beds, elegant interior and fab hot tub. Also in a wonderful location to explore the Conwy valley and North Wales.

A wonderful place to stay! We stayed here with a group of six adults and one dog! It was such a great place with plenty to around! After being out all day and getting back to the cottage to sit in the hot tub with a glass of Prosecco was just the best way to unwind. The owners are amazing and showed us around! Would highly recommend!

Stunning location, so peaceful and the cottage had everything you could wish for. Secure enclosed garden for both the little people and the 4 legged guests. Hosts were very friendly and hospitable- the welcome basket was ideal and meant we didnt need to rush to a shop for the basics after travelling quite a while. What can I say about this house it was perfect! The location was amazing, we spend many evening listening for the different kinds of animals the kids could hear around us. We had a lovely family holiday here. The cottage is really well set up for kids with a great garden but also feels luxurious too. The views are stunning and its a great location for so many attractions. The owners were really welcoming and were happy to help with anything we needed. Hoping to come back!

Perfect cottage for a catch up holiday with adult children and dogs. We had 8 adults there and there was dining and comfy seating for everyone and plenty of crockery so not constantly washing dishes! Perfect clean home and location for seeing all of North Wales,(Zip World etc).The farmhouse is situated up in the hillside so the roads can be very steep and singular in places but the reward is breath-taking countryside views. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather and have our early morning cuppa on the bench in the garden taking in the viewRead mores and sounds of the farm animals. The place was in an amazing location on a farm and the hot tub was great after a day walking in the mountains. The house is in very good condition and well equipped. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty to see in North Wales.

We loved all the features, the hot tub and indoor fire place were great. I loved the special touches like the welcome basket and The towels were so fluffy and soft. The owners were friendly and kind and check in and out was easy.

The cottage is situated on this beautiful farm, in the sticks. There was 5 of us and all of us were amazed at how clean and beautiful the cottage was. 30 minute drive to snowdon and a 5 minute drive to the local town. Mari was also brilliant, sending information over and helping with any questions we had. Thank you Mari for a wonderful stay

Absolutely loved this cottage and the surrounding area. I cannot express the quality of this property it is the best I have stayed in over 20 years quite simply it has everything you need TVs every room, lashing hot water, state of the art kitchen, broadband is good, Hot tub is bang on, perfect for taking a dog even if it barks as theres nobody for miles, you can walk dog straight out of back door. The property was incredible, the owners had thought of everything that you could possible need. the location was stunning and so peaceful, we cant wait to go back again. Mr and Mrs Hughes met us at the property on the first night and were amazing, great hosts, really made it a great weekend, even down to the home made cheese and Welsh cakes.
