The farmhouse was spacious with the back garden being safe and secure for dogs and little ones. Our 3 boys just loved the feeling of space both indoors and outdoors. The lake was a hit and they loved feeding the fish every day as well as saving their Apple core for the ponies. This is a great place to stay as a family. There are enough places to go that you arent on top of each other. The games room was loved by the kiddies. It was clean and tidy, with the extras of cots and high chairs that we required. The owner wasnt on our tails which made us feel like we had lots of privacy. Folly farm was a BIG hit with the kids

Fantastic relaxing farmhouse, plenty of reception rooms and dining space and the pool table was brilliant for our family of 10. We loved the duck pond and large area outside the house.
