A spacious 1960s-built seafront holiday home offering comfortable accommodation for four guests and benefitting from spectacular views across the green to the sea.
Situated in the seaside resort of Cromer just a few hundred metres from the water’s edge, this property enjoys an excellent location in one of Norfolk’s best-loved holiday destinations. The town is a glorious example of a traditional seaside town with a pier stretching out over the sandy beach and an excellent range of independent cafes and restaurants, including many serving the town’s famous local crab. Just outside the town there is an interesting zoo, whilst a little further afield there are a host of quiet village beaches, as well as the National Trust property at Felbrigg Hall.
The majority of guests enter this property from the rear, as this is where the parking space is situated. Stepping inside, the first room that they will come to is spacious kitchen which is equipped with everything that guests will need to make themselves at home including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. A door leads from the kitchen through to the light-filled dual-aspect lounge with its inviting sofas, views across to the sea, and TV. The dining area occupies the sun room which also boasts sea views: a great place to linger over leisurely meals. The ground-floor accommodation is completed by a shower room with shower and WC, whilst the bathroom can be found upstairs and offers a bath and WC. The two bedrooms are also situated on the first floor, the first of which is a double room affording views to the front of the property, whilst the second bedroom is a restful twin room.
The main garden can be found to the front of the property and is accessed through the front porch which offers a small seating area. The large patio area is an excellent place to sit out and enjoy the sea views, beyond which there is a lawn edged by a low wall. To the rear of the property, meanwhile, there is a courtyard seating area, offering a secluded space to relax and unwind. There is an off-road car parking space for one car.
