The town boasts a wide array of independent cafes, shops, restaurants and galleries for stocking up on supplies, buying gifts for family and enjoying hearty meals out. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with king-size bed, vaulted ceiling and a stunning Venetian feature window that offers charming views over the village. The bathroom next door has a shower over bath and WC. There is a further twin bedroom which is bright and airy and benefits from a handy en-suite shower room and WC. Taking a further flight of stairs up to the second floor you will find the cosy single bedroom, decorated with neutral tones and complimenting furniture to ensure you get a peaceful night’s rest.

A lavender lined path runs to the front door of the cottage and there is a large stone terrace, with easy access to the kitchen. This area is ideal for summer entertaining. The property is beautifully furnished and decorated and full of character. Its well equipped with many thoughtful extras. The position couldnt be better with a riverfront location but privacy afforded by the garden room (private) plus the bonus of a parking space. We had a thoroughly enjoyable week.

We had a wonderful stay in this well positioned cottage. It is very busy in the day esprcially weekends, however we were out of the village in the day and enjoyed the quieter early morning and evening for a stroll. The garden is bigger than we thought. We had good weather and used the outdoor dining table and chairs for all our meals. We also had aRead more downstairs loo.! Great Co op supermarket just up the road, and 5*artisan bakery. Wonderful cottage with a great central location. The weather for our break wasnt great but it wasnt a problem as it was a delight to spend time in the house which was so well equipped. Spacious and homely with a fantastic little garden it was a great cottage for a break with our young family.

Location incredible, literally on the edge of the river. So much to do you really didnt need to drive again although we were well situated for so many local attractions. The cottage is clean and comfortable and we had a great time.
