Ideally situated in East Ruston near Stalham, which is handy for the nearby beaches, countryside of North Norfolk, the Broads, and the seaside towns of this wonderful coast.

Situated in this quiet corner of Norfolk, this charming cottage offers peace and tranquility whilst having an abundance of local attractions. Within just three miles from family friendly sandy beaches, including Horsey beach, where seals and their cubs visit in the winter months. Famous for it’s pretty waterways, the Broads can be explored best by hiring a boat and is loved by walkers, anglers and wildlife lovers. Not only is this area perfect for a couple getaway, but there are plenty of family fun activities ranging from The Dinosaur Adventure Park, Bewilderwood, Africa Alive, Arizona Zoo and the famous National Parks including Felbrigg and Blickling. The city of Norwich is within driving distance for those who would like some retail therapy.

Entering the property into a hallway, which leads to an open-plan lounge/diner with two comfortable sofas surrounding the TV/DVD, the perfect place to relax and catch up on a good movie. Attached to this area is a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for the best of chefs, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a dining table benefiting from views over the adjacent lake where guests can enjoy any meal, whether it’s a light breakfast a more formal evening meal. Heading up the stairs guests will find two bedrooms located off a landing, the first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with views of the lake and beyond, while the second bedroom accommodates twin beds. Completing the property is the characterful bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside to the rear of the cottage, you will find a private enclosed patio area with garden table and chairs, perfect for an evening meal. You also have direct access to the private fishing lakes via a closed gate.

Beautiful cottage, highly recommend, Only thing is make sure you've got sat nav or you might never get home again lol its in the middle of nowhere and all the roads around to get to any main road are singleish lanes, gorgeous setting though you will love it

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. You are in the middle of nowhere but not far from some seaside towns. Several recommended pubs a short drive away and the Butchers Arms a short walk away.
