The region is proud of its heritage and links to Hadrian’s Wall, and further along the wall in Northumberland is Vindolanda, a Roman settlement which is the most extensive site to be seen in Britain.
Once through the door, you will find yourself in the welcoming lounge. The lounge area has comfy sofas, an electric reclining chair, wood effect electric fire and TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner has seating for four, whilst the bright kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A shared freezer is available in an outbuilding. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with king-size electronically adjustable bed and en-suite with shower and WC. There is also a downstairs wet room suitable for wheelchair access. There are also patio doors leading to the outside. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor with bath and WC. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed and en-suite shower and WC.
